Es Bosquet

Nestled in front of a small wooded area from which it takes its name, Es Bosquet or 'Little Wood' manages to achieve a rustic feel despite its young age. It is a spacious villa with high ceilings and exposed wooden beams, tasteful decor and antique furnishings, and is situated 3km from the centre of the village of Sa Pobla.
Es Bosquet is extremely well laid out and has a second lounge area at mezzanine level making a particularly attractive feature and quiet getaway area for those afternoon siestas. Parquet floors throughout blend in well with the dark wood of the restored classical furniture and the dark framed paintings on the wall contrast with the expanse of bright white walls. Well placed windows allow a gentle breeze to permeate through and keep the villa pleasantly cool.
With the exception of the mezzanine level lounge, the rest of the villa occupies one level and comprises a master double bedroom with an en suite shower room, two twin bedrooms and a separate bathroom. Both the kitchen and the living-dining room lead out on to a covered terrace which runs along the length of the villa and overlooks the pool. From here you can enjoy views across the countryside to the village and the mountain backdrop of the Bay of Alcudia.
