Villa Athina

Peacefully tucked away at the back of the sleepy hamlet of Magazia, Villa Athina stands in extensive grounds, which have been attractively landscaped into stonewalled terraces. A lovely kidney-shaped pool is the focal point of the gardens, and with plenty of space for sunbathing, a built-in barbecue area and a hammock romantically placed in the shade of the olive trees, those who simply wish to relax and unwind have little reason to ever leave this idyllic property.

Athina, who owns the village shop and bakery, has made the comfortable interiors conducive to relaxation and the house is full of family knick knacks that Athina hopes will make her visitors feel even more at home. With its cool marble floors and wonderfully tall, sloping ceiling, the split-level living-dining room feels extravagantly spacious and is extended further by a shaded al fresco dining terrace equipped with attractive and comfortable patio furniture.

The master double bedroom also opens directly onto the terrace and benefits from large walk-in wardrobes. As with all our Paxos properties Villa Athina is in a wonderfully secluded location but as you are near the west coast the spectacular cliffs and breathtaking scenery are just a short drive away and numerous beaches and coves are also within easy reach.
